Context
Laurence King Publishing is a renowned independent publisher known for its vibrant and authoritative titles across art, design, fashion, and culture.
Their books inspire creatives worldwide, and it was an honor to contribute to such a diverse and influential catalogue.

Process
Working on Garçon Style by Jonathan Daniel Pryce was a highlight.
I collaborated closely with Jonathan to translate his vision, carefully curating from the 3,000 images he shared. Coordinating with the editor, we wove the copy and visuals into a dynamic editorial piece — one that echoes the quality and flow of a high-end magazine.
Production
Throughout multiple publications, I managed the full spectrum of book creation, from the initial ideas meeting all the way to final production
Under the creative direction of Angus Hyghland (Pentagram), I oversaw design systems, typography, composition, and production specs, ensuring every project met the highest standards.

Variety
I’ve designed books spanning design, art history, football, coloring books, for both adults and children.
Each project brought new challenges and formats, from large coffee-table editions to compact, playful publications, all while maintaining brand consistency.
Results
This experience honed my skills in typography, layout precision, and editorial sensibility.
It taught me to work with exacting standards, collaborate effectively with authors and editors, and deliver projects that balance creativity and functionality.
